As part of supporting Tonga’s national development objective to build climate resilience, the goal of participating in the symposium is to gain and share innovative insights and peer learning experiences on how to strengthen national budgeting and planning systems for achieving resilience development. Targeted participants included those from the departments of Budget, Resilience Development, Climate Change and National Planning, in the Pacific and Asian countries.
